For this months screening we here at Melbourne Horror Film Society are super stoked to present the feature film debut from writer/drector Aimee Kuge - Cannibal Mukbang!
Also produced and co-edited by Kuge, Cannibal Mukbang is very much her baby. It follows the story of Mark, a down on his luck loner who happens to fall in love with the beautiful magnanimous Ash. Unfortunately for Mark, Ash has some rather quirky eating habits.
What ensues is an uproarious, yet weirdly sentimental horror themed rom com that is sure to satisfy your tastes (see what I did there) and will charm and disgust in equal measure.
If that sounds like your thing, get on down to Champagne Video on Wednesday 30 September. The screening starts at 7:30 but as always we recommend getting there early to get a seat, have a drink and get your membership card punched. They sell on the night for $20 for three screenings or $60 for twelve (cash, please!).
